This happened to me when re-generating a PDF from LaTeX that Evince
already had open. The PDF in question has lots of pgf and tikz
graphics. I can't reproduce it reliably.

This bug was marked "Fix released" on 2012-03-29, but it's still
affecting me today (2012-4-15). I'm attaching a screenshot.
The bug causes the title "Hjertebarn by Under Byen from Kyst" to show up
as if it were "Hiertebarn bv Under Bven from Kvst".
