app fails on import gtk (more specifically, the nested import gio)

Instead of displaying computers in the network, Nautilus reproducibably

To make it clear: the Localization Preferences dialog was unfunctional
because nothing was implemented yet. It also won't make it for GNOME
2.22, so we don't build it anymore since 2.21.5 (released today). So
when you update to that version, the non-functional dialog will be gone.

The lower-case m of DeJaVu Sans Mono is one pixel wider than the other
characters when rendered with Pango (on font size 12). That's not the
right behaiviour for a monospace font.
