2009-11-25 Thread Graham Clenaghan
Yes, karmic deals with this very nicely (though now I suffer from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pulseaudio/+bug/445849 but that is a completely different story) Thanks -- No simple way to enable 4+ channel sound https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/234412 You received this bug notificatio

[Bug 234412] [NEW] No simple way to enable 4+ channel sound

2008-05-23 Thread Graham Clenaghan
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: pulseaudio I recently setup a 5.1 speaker system and had trouble getting the rear/center speakers to play correctly/at all. After many google searches, most of which suggested putting on "Duplicate Front", which is not a solution at all, it simply play

2008-05-06 Thread Graham Clenaghan
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager In Hardy, GPM dims the display when playing frozen-bubble, regardless of whether it is full screen or windowed. Mouse activity brings the display back when it is windowed, but still not full screen. GPM 2.22.1-1ubuntu4, frozen-bubble

[Bug 208554] Re: Glass Icons Theme Does not work after upgrade to Hardy

2008-04-14 Thread Graham Clenaghan
That isn't the problem I have, the theme does not work when I am using it as my normal user. It must be a theme specific problem because any other random icon theme I have installed works fine. Also, the forward/back/etc buttons in nautilus seem to use the Glass theme now, but still not the icons

[Bug 214948] Re: panel bars do not keep their order on reboot

2008-04-10 Thread Graham Clenaghan
What is the original bug so I can subscribe to that? I tried looking for one and couldn't. I can't imagine this being too hard too fix -- it worked fine in every other release, and it seems like a pretty simple thing in general. Sorry about adding the version, I figured it would help to specify

[Bug 214948] [NEW] [hardy] Panel bars do not keep their order on reboot

2008-04-09 Thread Graham Clenaghan
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-panel I have both the default gnome-panel bars at the top, with the window list/desktop bar above the applications menu/launcher/clock/tray bar -- it doesn't make much sense the other way, as then the application menu will block the window list. An
