BTW I don't think this is going to happen for 15.10 - upstreams haven't
fully caught up with this yet.

Videos launched frommthe command line play twice even when totem is not
set to repeat.

2. When the video ends, it repeats once.
If the bug is fixed

It's because some commandline options
Seems the revert in the linked bug stops this happening for me.

This used to work fine; now when I start my container there's no network
inside. Manually bringing the interface up (ifup eth0 or systemctl start
ifup@eth0) works.
