I have also noticed this behaviour in the official Jaunty release (not
beta).
Steps to reproduce:
1) System - Preferences - Screensaver
2) Regard computer as idle after 1 minute
3) Activate screensaver when computer is idle
4) Choose Blank Screen screensaver
5) Close, and leave the computer

3) Select a User, click Properties

Steps to reproduce:
1) System - Preferences - Remote Desktop
2) Check Allow others to view your desktop
3) Check Allow others to control your desktop
4) Uncheck You must confirm access...
5) Check Require password...
6) Check Configure network
