I believe that the failed builds were re-run since the first report by
Dimitri and then failed due to googletest. After fixing the googletest
issues then we end up with another FTBFS caused by missing 'vector'
includes.

When you say that gedit think it's a weird encoding that is correct to assume.
From what I recall wget.info isn't a regular file; It's a GNU Info binary

I suspended the machine, got back, and the connection worked
I hibernated, turned it on again... the connection didn't work, tried to
reconnect, disabled the account, enabled it gain: network error
then I ran killall telepathy-butterfly and everything worked.

I can resize the window to be a bit smaller by grabbing the edge of the
window.

Thanks Tormod, it worked.
Shouldn't the xchar package update the icon cache?
I installed the M. thunderbird and the icon worked without the manual
icon cache update.

I should just add that if the device name for this device is changed
(for instance, if I mount another USB device first), then when I try to
mount it a second time, gnome will ask for the password and mount it
correctly.

Can't mount a LUKS volume after unmounting

I have a USB disk with a LUKS ext3 encrypted partition. When I plug it
in for the first time, gnome detects the encrypted partition, asks me
for the password, and mounts the device. If I unmount it and them plug
it in again, it fails
I've been getting this since the early alphas too. Documents and Desktop
is repeated, but editing the ~/.gtk-bookmarks file like Nick suggested
made it all good (sort of, Open ~/Picturesorwhatever is not a dandy
description).
