I can confirm that when booting the my 9.10 kernel (2.6.31-20-generic)

Low quality of text rendering
Just upgraded from Karmic to Lucid. Happened on first reboot, this is
the 2nd time on the 3rd reboot. Gnome Desktop didn't come up on the 2nd

Ok, I've set gstreamer-properties video output to X Window System (No
Xv) (ximagesink), and the test works, but Cheese still doesn't.
In fact it shows just a single still image, rather than video.
With `cheese --gst-debug-level=2` I get the following warnings:

I've just confirmed this since I have the same problem - although in my
case they've all decided to clump on the left side rather than the right

Ok, after looking around some more, I find that `gst-launch v4l2src !
ffmpegcolorspace ! xvimagesink` doesn't work because the video chipset
and/or driver doesn't support xvideo.
Running `gst-launch v4l2src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink` (i.e.
using ximagesink instead of xvimagesink) shows

I guess you've isolated the issue to the Intel driver then? Maybe you're
running Compiz and it's interfering with Xv (not unheard of). Try
disabling Desktop Effects and see if it helps. Another possible
workaround: go into gstreamer-properties and change your video to
X11/ximagesink.

Hit ctrl+h to show hidden files/folders
Open the .evolution folder.

After a while rhythmbox fast forwards through the tracks and stops
playing audio. It works for longer when it is the only application
running. I find the best result is when run from the terminal but the
following is printed there:

will not work on 9.10.
I used ssh-add to add the key. In seahorse is shows up on Other
Keys...selecting it and clicking Properties does nothing, Delete does
nothing. I can't re-add it either as it reports Corrupt Key...a

Try starting totem in the terminal and playing the disc. Can you attach
the output? It might help the devs..

cdrom0 will not play a commercial DVD video: Patton. It either closes
immediately, or says an error has occured. This DVD plays on my other Linux
machine, as well as Windows

It is reproducible, steps to reproduce:
Start a live cd session
setup irc in empathy
view the message on the accounts page
view the room button on the main window.
Once the new system is installed you can run through the same process
with the same results.
As soon as this has installed I will

As you can see upon a reboot the option for room is now usable but the
irc account is listed as null.

that conflicted with the current evolution.
