I have just tested with a user created for the test. The bug still appears. I have two layouts configured: 'USA Macintosh' and 'France Alternative'. When using the 'USA Macintosh' layout and the macbook qwerty keyboard, everything is fine. I can type Ctrl+a to go to the beginning of the line.
