I do not have this bug on Dapper using a fresh install, but I have not
tested an upgrade from Breezy since I posted this bug.

what videocard do you use? That could be the same issue than

I saw this problem on a system with an NVIDIA card, so I don't think it

Ok same here cant get it to reapeare so it must have been somthing lingering
from an earlier version of dapper. (Wath i did was basicaly activating the
antialisning so that the problem disapeared and then reactivating antialiasing
but was unable to make it reapeare)

Other people don't get that issue so I doubt any fix is on work. What font do
you use exactly? Is that specific to tabs to applications or not? Do you have
it on dapper?

As I stated before, the font shown was Bitstream Vera 8pt, though it occured
with any font that wasn't antialiased.
However, I do not have the problem on a fresh install, only one my one system
which was upgraded from Breezy to Dapper. So I'm not sure what the
difference(s) would be.

I also have this problem and as the orginal poster said it only apears in gtk
ap with AA turned of. From what i have seen all gtk apps are afected nt just
gnome apps.
Anyone know if a fix for this problem is underway?
