How frequent do you seem to see this? Does the panel recover ok after
it happens? Anything in particular you are doing at the time that it
normally gets triggered? Thanks!

The panel disappears for a moment and then respawns.
No specific action appears to be required to provoke the bug, but if it
happens at all it happens shortly after login, when the system may still
be thrashing starting up applets etc.
