I am so sorry but I still cannot reproduce the problem. Here are the
steps I am taking so maybe you can see where I am going wrong:
1 - Open Evolution
2a - Click FILE from the toolbar at the top ->
2b - Click IMPORT from the pulldown
2c - FORWARD from the wizard
2d - IMPORT SINGLE F
Here is a screenshot of the Bad Email and again the bottom is cropped
off because I don't know how to take a scrolling capture with the screen
shot utility. I did zoom out as much as I thought I could and have the
picture usable.

Thank you for working on it. It is always possible that it could be the
SMTP provider (live.smtp.com) but I had the same problem in 9.04 so I
made the switch to Thunderbird and I did not have the problem in
Thunderbird. On my other laptop with XP and OE6 it works fine from
there as well.

I am very sorry but I have been trying for over an hour to recreate the
problem you describe and have failed each time. I attached 3 screen
prints showing the results from various providers of the test emails I
sent and they all look fine but maybe I am missing something.
Here is a s
1) Create a new contact list with 25 unique e-mail addresses
2) When you have created the contact list make sure you have unchecked "Hide
addresses when sending mail to this list"
3)Create a new e-mail and add the new contact list to the distribution
4)Put a subject line in
5)Under the Format menu
