I just realized that the previous log contained no information about
when I join a channel so I made an other one and I think I found where
the problem is :

I was wondering if this bug had something to do with the fact that I
can't find where I can change the character encoding as the channels
aren't in UTF-8 but in ISO-8859-1 or ISO-8859-15.

I have the same problem on the same server. I join a screenshot to this
comment. You can see poulllouc who joined the channel before I get
disconnected (which happened because I opened the idle debug log) and
when I reconnect myself he is not listed although I know there's at list
20 other persons
