Yeah, I still have this bug. It happens with all console application,

Hmm, it seems it's a font issue. I use a bitmap font for my terminals
(fixed-semicondensed), but if I change the font to a scalable one (like
Monospace), all chars are displayed correctly.

Update;
I removed the gstreamer files and replaced with xine files.
I added DMA support for my dvd player.
The Totem player works normally now.
The Totem player still will not work using the g-streamer back end.
