Are you sure the timezone change actually took effect? That is, does
restarting time-admin show the timezone you selected? If that's the
case, then the bug would be in the XFCE panel, which could update the

I get the exact same problem here with Nvidia Drivers.

For me it searches the Album column instead. Restarting Rhythmbox a few
times sometimes fixes it.

I can confirm this. Using both standrd gnome, and gnome-shell, my
terminal always opens rows -2. I currently have it set to 80x26, as a
work-around.

I upgraded from 10.04 to 10.10. Evolution was working fine in 10.04,
but after the upgrade, the calendar, memo, tasks, and contacts conduits
were missing in the gnome-pilot settings. I need to get them back so
that I can keep my Treo 700P

This affects me in Maverick. I suspect that other programs using
gstreamer video input may also trigger this loss of configuration (a
custom-built ekiga).

@Linus: Quadrapassel is not working for you because you don't have 3D
acceleration working; I decided to create a new bug for that - bug
#654361. There's currently no fix for that (apart from getting your 3D
drivers working).
