Double click on a JPG image on the desktop = opens Eye of GNOME 2.32.1
Click on edit image = opens shotwell.
Crop image in shotwell and close it.
Eye of GNOME says the image has been changed and asks to reload it (this works

I tested the scenario, but for me it behaves differently in natty. Upon
resuming, I see a half-empty panel, but nothing on my desktop,
presumably because it insists putting screens side by side. If I
reconfigure them in gnome-display-properties, the external screen goes
black forever, so I can't

i945GM. The tearing seems to disappear when using Xv video overlay.

I also have this problem. Thinkpad X201i, Ubuntu 10.10.
One major issue this causes is that the Gnome power management tools
think my battery is empty when it still has hours left, and suspends the
computer so as not to lose data. This makes the computer unusable and
is quite frustrating.

I have tried IMAP+ and it seems more responsive than IMAP, but unable to
reproduce the error, as the offending email was deleted from the gmail website,

I have confirmed the bug. I got the following errors in terminal after
executing
nautilus -q nautilus
Initializing nautilus-gdu extension
(nautilus:2030): GConf-CRITICAL **: gconf_value_free: assertion `value
!= NULL' failed

in the 2.32.0-0ubuntu12 version in natty (in the en_GB:en language) these are
Rotate Left and Rotate Right, so it appears fixed.
Having said that I haven't tried it on 10.10 to confirm the original failure.
