[Bug 941829] [NEW] last.fm radio station can't be deleted

2012-02-27 Thread Bence Lukács
Public bug reported:

In rhythmbox if I add a radio station via last.fm I'm not able to delete it any
more.
In the previous rhythmbox releases I can easily delete the stations by right
click on them and then click the Delete button.
Now if I right click on a radio station nothing happend.
It would be great if I can delete them easily.
The other thing is, that I can't marked the songs as loved or baned.

If anything else is required I attach it.

[Bug 829673] Re: FFE: No easy way to turn the network menu on/off

2012-02-27 Thread Lionel Le Folgoc
Unfortunately, as Nicolas wrote, the description of the gconf key added
by the patch was wrong (it says 'hide it from the notification area',
while it hides it from everywhere), see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-
applet/+bug/938380/comments/24.

So when a fixed nm-applet is uploaded (cf.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-
applet/+bug/938380/comments/15), I'll need to make an upload of xubuntu-
default-settings to revert this commit: http://bazaar.launchpad.net
/~xubuntu-dev/xubuntu-default-settings/trunk/revision/354 (introduced in
12.0.4.7). And everything should be fine.

It's not really a big problem, anyway (but the fact that the
documentation included in the patch is wrong is really annoying post
feature freeze, I wouldn't have made the xubuntu-default-settings change
otherwise...).

[Bug 924612] Re: gnome-settings-daemon crashed with SIGABRT in __GI___assert_fail()

2012-02-27 Thread Alan Bell
I have had this a number of times when moving the mouse between
monitors, the mouse cursor freezes on the transition and all control is
lost, can't ctrl+alt+f1 to get to a terminal even. I can ssh into the
machine and restart lightdm, but restarting just unity did nothing. I
think this has happened since the stickyness or pressure between
monitors got added to do with the launcher reveal.

[Bug 938605] Re: No way to cancel a drag in Nautilus

2012-02-27 Thread Julien Olivier
Do you mean that pressing esc is supposed to cancel a drag in Nautilus
3.3.90-ubuntu2?

For me, it's quite straight-forward: I start a drag using the left mouse
click, then I press the ESC key (with le left mouse button still
pressed), and the drag doesn't stop.

[Bug 936958] Re: Nautilus is now placing desktop icons far away from the launcher

2012-02-27 Thread Bowmore
Tested that during the weekend but it didn't work then but for some
magic reason now it mostly does :)

you would have no other way for maximized app when you want to drop on
the left part

Not sure what you mean here but probably a strong reason to keep the
behaviour.

However, not happy with that autohide launcher behaviour:
- makes it less intuitive with reversed triggering
- makes it harder to rearrange icons in the leftmost column
- causes distraction (annoyance) when rearranging icons
But never mind, it's just my opinion ;)

@Vadim

I've just tested with Unity in the guest session, and the bug is there
too.

[Bug 924612] Re: gnome-settings-daemon crashed with SIGABRT in __GI___assert_fail()

2012-02-27 Thread Jo-Erlend Schinstad
Yes, it seems to be related to the edge. I experience it when pushing
towards the edge in order to reveal the launcher, even on single-monitor
systems.

The bug doesn't happen here either, it seems it's not user config
specific then, weird...

[Bug 938748] Re: Add Unity Quicklist support

2012-02-27 Thread Barneedhar
(Bringing over the comment and the patch from the duplicated bug report)

Gedit quicklist was patched by Bilal for 11.10 cycle[1] but was removed later
on by the upstream[2][3].
[1]:https://code.launchpad.net/~bilalakhtar/gedit/unity-quicklist/+merge/63696
[2]:https://mail.gnome.org/archives/commits-list/2011-August/msg01232.html
[3]:http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/scm-commits/2011-August/644276.html

So, not sure whether this will be accepted or not.

@Nekhelesh: The ubuntu:gedit you branched is out-dated.

This is what I got when I tried branching it:
Most recent Ubuntu Precise version: 3.3.4-0ubuntu1
Packaging branch version: 3.1.1-0ubuntu4
Packaging branch status: OUT-OF-DATE

** Patch added: Patch to add the quicklist
