I experienced a very similar error, but not exactly the same, when trying to format a 4G USB 2.0 device. Matt's suggested workaround (near the very top of this report, using dd) worked after a couple of tries. The crash is still happening no matter what I update. The fact it comes after somewhat intensive use (one week, two weeks of not rebooting) and when doing Alt+Tab repeatedly in succession hints maybe at memory leaks? [Bug 1527887] [NEW] Total amount not correct in pdf form in evince 3.10.3
Public bug reported: Hello all, My OS is Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon edition...but probably the same issue with Ubuntu. My pdf reader is evince 3.10.3. When I open a pdf form where some calculation (additions or subtractions) are done, the total amount remains the same, and thus not correct. I also attached a screenshot to explain this.
