I was talking to Jeroen but if you have the 100.14.11 driver and have a
compiz crash lock your whole system then the driver is to blame for the
system lockup. This crash appears to have something to do with session
management and the ccp plugin.

OK, final resolution: gstreamer0.10-x wasn't installed, and so there
were no video sinks available, and so things were crashing. This may be

I have the same problem with my 160GB external HDD (ext3). It used to
work in edgy and dapper. Now it does not auto mount with feisty (and
fedora 7). It is listed by the command fdisk -l as sdb1. I noticed that
my internal HDD partitions are now called sdax, which used to be hdax,

Gnome Keyring now uses PAM and ties into the user's login password. This will
be included in the next release of gnome-keyring and Gnome.
It seems this would solve the problem you're experiencing. It fits in very well

always under the impression that Compiz-Fusion was the output of Compiz

For people who use the Restricted Manager to install enable their
graphics drivers, this configuration is already done automatically..

Yeah, i guess the latter is the right thing to do, as (i think) to make
a patch to handle this could take much time.

I am experiencing the same problem. When you maximize a gnome-terminal, you are
not able to resize it, minimize it or close it by the buttons in the top right
corner when using Compiz.
When you try to either press one of the window buttons of the top right corner
or double click on the title
Oh I forgot: I have a Intel 945GM.

I confirm this problem.
It was reported even in Bug #84007 on some comments.
Even if you add a new mp3 profile, it's impossible to use it.
It seems to happen only when you put mp3 in file extension box.
Feisty and Gusty Tribe 3 are both affected.
