[Bug 285001] Re: totem-gstreamer starts slow when internet dies
So here is the thing: after uninstalling the package gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio totem and rhythmbox work fine without lags or freezes. As soon as I switch the wireless off or activate the internet connection everything works fine again (no restart of the app is needed). Re: [Bug 325850] Re: F-Spot crashes if you select, drag and drop onto a tag or if you select a multiple group of images and then apply a tag to them
Thanks for your reply Pedro, This is the first time I have tried to report a bug and it is giving me some grief. Apport is enabled, but when I repeat the action that cause the crash it is not being picked up by Apport and no crash report is being generated- the directory you have mentioned remains empty. I don't know how to proceed with this now. I would appreciate some advice from someone. Regards, Howard 2009/2/6 Pedro Villavicencio pe...@ubuntu.com Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. [Bug 322153] Re: Evolution 2.24.3 hangs while fetching email
I just had a similar sounding problem on Hardy. I also had to close evolution from a terminal. I seem to have fixed it (for me at least) by starting it in offline mode from the terminal $ evolution --offline This was fine and when I then went online it synchronised fine as well. For completeness sake, I had tried going offline when it wasn't responding and there was no response. hth, George. -- Evolution 2.24.3 hangs while fetching email https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/322153 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
