*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 172416 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/172416 @Kushal This is happening because eog uncritically assumes filetype from filename. The original reporter (Kushal) indicates that this bug still occurs with Precise, so I am changing this back from Expired to New. @Kushal Can you attach a few .png images (or at least one) that cause this problem on your system, and a few .png images (or at least one) that do not? [Bug 1007691] Re: Simulated Secondary click sometimes stops working after reboot even though it's still enabled
Hi, I have similar bug. I am running an ASUS ep121 slate with intel core i5. 2nd mouse click was working a while ago. I had not used it for a while as I was using the slate as a desktop with keybousrd & mouse, so I don't know how long ago this bug started to occur. But the 2ndary mouse click now does not work at all. After noting the above, I tried rebooting with it off then turing it on in a fresh start, no luck. This may be related: sometimes ubuntu decides it has detected an error (often where none is apparent to me) & wants me to report it, but when I try, it claims I have insufficient memory to collect the data. Since its got 4GB and I seldom use more than 1GB of this, it seems unlikley. btw, I keep all software up to date. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1007691 Title: Simulated Secondary click sometimes stops working after reboot even though it's still enabled To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-settings-daemon/+bug/1007691/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

With on the fly disabled there is no copying cd option anymore, at least which works. Perhaps you could make another patch so that copying cd is routed via the slow method. It would still be far better than the current corrupted copy cd option. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to brasero in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/780117 Title: Brasero finishes without error but unusable media [on-the-fly mode] (Ubuntu 11.04 ->12.04) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/brasero/+bug/780117/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs

[Bug 863834] Re: [regression] Suspend on lid close broken on Oneiric
/etc/acpi/events/lidbtn triggers /etc/acpi/lid.sh which triggers /etc/acpi/local/lid.sh.post at the end of the script. /etc/acpi/local/* allows you to add your own config (e.g. required for wmii). generate /etc/acpi/local/lid.sh.post make it executable and add: #!/bin/bash grep -q closed /proc/acpi/button/lid/*/state if [ $? = 0 ] then /usr/sbin/pm-suspend fi wmii will now go to suspend mode when closing the lid. It'll automatically wake up when opening the lid. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/863834 Title: [regression] Suspend on lid close broken on Oneiric To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-power-manager/+bug/863834/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
