[Bug 1238410] Re: Inconsistent cursor visibility with cursor plugin enabled
I'm glad to see there's a fix. I haven't had the cursor staying invisible problem, but I have an issue with this setting in general. I use focus follows mouse. When the mouse blanks out, whatever window it's over gets focus. The use case where this behavior is most noticeable is in my IDE. I hit ctrl-h to make a search window pop up. I start typing in the search. Then my mouse disappears and focus switches to my IDE's editor. Now I'm typing a fragment of my search in there. This happens a couple times a minute and it's aggravating as hell. Please consider changing the default setting OR the behavior of the mosue blanking out so that it doesn't trigger focus. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-settings-daemon in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1238410 Title: Inconsistent cursor visibility with cursor plugin enabled To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-desktop/+bug/1238410/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
