I noticed on a system that accepts large numbers of SSH connections that
after awhile, SSH sessions were taking ~25 seconds to complete.

I just installed Aptana Studio 3.6.1 on Ubuntu 16.04. I got the same
problem with (gedit:14126). So, I open the Nautilus, and I found on
/usr/share/applications the icon of Aptana Studio 3. I clicked on it,
and it just open and the application is working now! I hope it can work
for others.

I don't have have USB Debugging enabled (confirmed in Dev options) so
this just makes Ubuntu unusable for this task. Is there anything in the
works?

I see this intermittently (about every other boot) since updating Ubuntu
GNOME to Xenial, but only on the Autokey notification icon. I work-
around by re-booting as often as necessary.
