Here is some fixes for Jaunty and Intrepid. In both with a terminal erase the
keyring in the file
/home/your-name/.gnome2/. When you reboot your computer will not know how to
start NetworkManager but you can train it again, like it is a new computer.
You can keep it away from keyring by hitting

I do not understand the tooltip in decorator bar nomenclature. For

for me. I have no idea what the password is set to on the keyring. It
most certainly is not the password I use put in to use as a root getter
using sudo. That is the only password I was asked for.

Beta. After I found the problem I got around 300 updates some I see are to the
keyring software which may be why it behaved this way.
So the reason for the keyring problem is due to a Beta version 9.10
Ubuntu.

I now have Ubuntu version 10.04.1 on my laptop and it uses wifi and to my
great pleasure I selected the proper source and now it comes up every time. No
sign of a keyring. I think the bug has been fixed in version 10.04.
