[Bug 2078864] Re: Bluetooth display Setting shows a 2 different info

2024-09-06 Thread Paul White
With no response to comment #3 after three days I'm moving this to the
gnome-settings-daemon package which may or may not be the right package
for your issue but at least it will bring your bug to the attention of
Ubuntu's Desktop team.

Please note that you didn't even tell us with which release of Ubuntu
you are using something that is very necessary when asking Ubuntu
developers to fix bugs!

Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically
gather debugging information, in a terminal:

   apport-collect 2078864

Thank you.

SNAP is a general purpose gene finding program so not the culprit.

Moving to gnome-shell which will at least bring this report to
the attention of Ubuntu's Desktop team.

[Bug 2066227] Re: weired X11 behaviour

2024-05-25 Thread Paul White
In the absence of any action in response to comment #1 I'm moving this
to the gnome-shell package so that it at least comes to the attention of
Ubuntu's Desktop Team.

@thomaskr, please execute the following command only once, as it will
automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

  apport-collect 2066898

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-
bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this
functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.

[Bug 2067063] Re: Screen lock issue allowing to see private information

2024-05-24 Thread Paul White
Tomas, you've indicated that the errant package is 'gnome-screensaver'
but you don't have that package installed.

I'm moving this to 'gnome-shell' so that your bug report reaches
Ubuntu's Desktop Team. They will review your bug report and may ask you
for further information in order to resolve your issue.

[Bug 2043297] Re: Flatten image = bug report

2024-05-11 Thread Paul White
Closing as 'Invalid' - there is no release or desktop environment
information included and nothing for a developer to use when attempting
to fix any issue, problem or bug that you might be experiencing.

When using Ubuntu please use

   ubuntu-bug gimp

in a terminal to report any problems you find as it will automatically
gather debugging information and provide useful information to those
that can fix issues, bugs and reported problems.
