I've tried recreating this bug with Oneiric and Precise and was unable

System Monitor 3.3.4 has a brand new Process Properties dialog. If we
would add a button to copy the value of the selected property, would it
fix this bug for you?

It doesn't happen to Precise neither, started Exaile and opened memory
maps, scrolled down to the end, but the app didn't crash, so I'd say
it's fixed, marking it as such. Please reopen if this still happens for
you.

As this is a fairly old bug with no recents reports or comments, and it seems
to be fixed in System Monitor 3.3.4 on Precise, see the attached screenshot
showing the result after following the steps to reproduce from the comments, I

Based on the comments from bug #825207, this issue was fixed by a kernel
update, so it was a kernel issue, therefor I am closing the gnome-
system-monitor task as invalid.
