Could you please try with the above package? Just dpkg -i it after
downloading...
but before installing this please switch back to esd and test if the problem is
still there and then install it ;)

non-gtk (i.e. KDE/QT, motif, ...) apps?

Oh right... I remembered that icydemux was added to -plugins-good after the
0.10.3 release but this was obviously wrong. Thanks for pointing and making me
look at it again :)
I only wonder if we have all other required patches to make icecast support
working out of the box, I have to look
