This same issue prevents shutting down the computer when Rhythmbox is
playing in an up-to-date Hardy Beta install. Is this actually gnome-
power-manager or rhythmbox? Either way, pretty serious. This seems like
a showstopper bug to me. People are going to want to shut
down/restart/suspect/etc

This happens for me with Gutsy Tribe 5, it shows two items and then a
grayed out No items found. After clearing it out, the actual Recent
Documents entry is grayed out so it can't even be expanded. What is the
point then of the No items found entry then if it can't ever be
logically seen?

I'm using Ubuntu Gutsy with Evolution 2.11.92-0ubuntu1
I checked the setting Automatic Contacts settings, but that option is
not activated. Although, all recipients to whom I reply to, are added to
my addressbook.
Anyone can confirm this?
For verification I created a new user and added an IMAP account. The
addressbook was empty. When replying to an e-mail, the addressbook is filled
with a new contact.
I can try to deinstall and reinstall evolution and see if that helps.
Any other ways to debug?

volume in Rhythmbox anything but 100% (the other system volume levels
seemed irrelevant). So now I just have it at slightly less than max.

Also appears to affect Ubuntu 14.04 Trust Tahr. I was previously able
to connect my iPhone 5S and browse the file system, now it gives the
error message "Unable to access """ Unhandled Lockdown error (-16).

I encounter this bug pretty much daily. Roughly every other copy+paste
action doesn't work, and I have quite a bit of copy+paste in my
workflow.
It's not that I'm at all ungrateful for the work people do on Ubuntu,
paid or not, I just want to make sure I understand: copy and paste is
broken on

The latest version of Simple Scan released for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS does not
work. Version 3.28.0-0ubuntu1 is installed. When I click to launch it
nothing happens.
I initially reported the bug against Simple Scan, but they said it was a
problem with the Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

This sounds like #26338 and duplicates.
The graphical users-admin reliably strips information from [i]unrelated[/i]
users in /etc/group.
