Binary package hint: yelp

after upgrading to Ubuntu 8.10 from 8.04, on booting there is a windows
saying ubuntu is running in low-graphics mode.  After correcting the
resolution and refresh rate from Screen and Graphics, the same problem
happens on the next start.
