Hi, I don't think I experienced those bugs in the last 2-3 months. I'm
running on "3.36.4".
I don't have any idea about other affected users.

Sorry to hear that it was still unclear for you. Though, I've updated
the title of the bug.
The bug is quite clear. I'm having a problem while charging my laptop.
No constant charge; while it is still 75%, suddenly it goes to 100% and
back and forth.

I think the issue persisted a week ago. I tried to research the solution
but couldn't find much.
Before that, my laptop battery was working fine. Even the battery has
lasted for 4-5 hours. But now, it's not behaving as expected. After a
full charge, it takes less than an hour to drop the battery

Ubuntu 20.04
This bug existed yesterday on my Ubuntu 20.04. I probably had suspended
the laptop. A couple of days ago, it was working fine even after
suspending the laptop.
I haven't tried rebooting the laptop. Rebooting might work fine. But I
want a permanent fix. I don't think it's about the driver issue.
