Hello Londonman, Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Evolution. You made this bug report in 2013 and there have been several versions of Ubuntu and Evolution since then. Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the ticket? If it is still a problem, are you still interested in finding a solution to this bug? If you are, could you run the following (only once): apport-collect 1246444 and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue. Hi Guys. I have been experiencing a few problems with Evolution Since 30th September2013 i have not been able to send or receive emails through BT- i know Bt has made some changes to there servers. Nevertheless i am unable to receive any of my BT account emails, any ides as to why this is? and how i can resolve the problem. I have checked the POP and SMTP no issue there However unable to access the changing of my password is the only thing i have not changed I have deleted Evolution and reinstalled it – still no go. In addition since upgrading to Zorin 7 i have not been able to receive audiobale sound notification from evolution.
