No, this is noy groovy. I have downloaded Focal Daily from http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/408/builds some days ago and updates regularly and I think the developer option is set. After an update today the Gnome version is " Desktop: Gnome 3.36.3". I have made a couple of suspends and there is no crash..
