yaru-theme is in the eoan-proposed/unapproved queue. I've not yet uploaded to focal, because this is a native package, we release for devel from the master branch, and the master branch has moved on already and it's not quite ready to upload. I thought it would be best to let eoan build and then binary copy it to focal until the series are (soon) ready to diverge. The binary build does very little (sass -> css compilation), so IMO this is safe to do.
