no worry, maybe it does fail but in more specific cases than the one
tested there? anyway, closing for now but feel free to re-open if you
get the issue again and can pin specific condition to trigger the bug

Having tested this again, it appears that Nautilus is indeed working as
expected. I've tested this earlier twice and was sure that there was a
bug. Sorry to bother you.
