I installed glib 2.76.4-0ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 23.10 and verified that the file browser, terminal, and epiphany-browser work as expected. The consequences of a broken GLib can range from some functions returning bad results sometimes, which have minimal runtime implications, up to the system simply crashing all the time.
