H, the bug is not really fixed yet. When I remove
$HOME/.gnome2/stickynotes_applet I can at least add stickynotes to the
panel. But when I try to open a new note it crashes with the same

It started today after I upgraded my karmic installation to the newest
packages. My last upgrade was in the last two days or so.
I just booted in an older kernel, and then the problem does not occur.
It happens when I boot to 2.6.31-10-generic. Perhaps related to

I think there was a misunderstanding at my side.
I try it again: when I reproduce the bug and the screensaver is set to 1minute,
then the screensaver starts after 1 min.
and when the sreensaver is set to 7min,
then the screensaver starts after 7 min.

Happened to me in the latest Karmic. Apport was used to submit report.
Bug is not really reproducible though. If I nail how to reproduce it I
will post here.
