Understood. I don't have access at the moment to a monitor with a DP
input but the VGA adapter with VGA cable works fine, so I assume there
is no bug.

@daniel: I don't have a monitor with DP input. Should I refrain from
reporting a bug upstream even though the new equipment doesn't work?

I bought a new adapter and changed the DVI cable. I continue to
experience the bug with the new cables.

The bug doesn't occur with XORG.
I'm using a miniDP to VGA adapter.

It's actually miniDP->DVI. I don't have another one of those adapters or
cables. I'll look around for a VGA cable, and try it with my
miniDP->VGA.

Graphics were working perfectly until update to 21.10.
Now I experience graphics lag when typing and moving the pointer, and clipping

Running 21.10 and Gnome 40.4 the screen recording no longer works with
the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R keystroke. A .webm file does appear in the Videos
folder but it is empty. The orange circle does appear in the upper
corner, but it will not go away.
Further Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R strokes

An update to my system has broken italics support in gnome terminal. This makes
it hard to edit latex files with VIM, since VIM will show all text within
\emph{} as boxes.
If I type the following command at the prompt
=> echo -e "\e[3mfoo\e[23m"
I get three empty boxes

1. Open any application that has fullscreen functionality
2. Resize the window to your preferred size
3. Fullscreen the application (e.g. watch a youtube video in fullscreen)
4. exit fullscreen
5. see that the window is now maximized
See the attached screen capture video.
This is in both list and icon view. It was working before I updated to 22.04
from 21.10.
I see that you marked this a low importance, but it makes it extremely
difficult to use the computer, as I have to keep my keyboard nearby and
reattach it the tablet just to open a file, copy, paste, etc.
Public bug reported:
1. open nautilus
2. navigate to a directory with a non-directory file
3. long hold your finger on the file
4. try to choose something from the menu
The menu disappears but the chosen menu item is not activated, and
nothing happens.
This is a regression.
