Title:
gdm crashes at startup when autologin enabled:
I've fully updated all my packages and I am still getting this bug when
running gimp from the command line. Has anyone found a fix to this or do
I need to revert to an older version of gimp for it to work again?

Public bug reported:
I've been switching between timezones on a cross-country trip. I was
able to open time-admin initally and change the time, but subsequent
attempts result in the window appearing blank, and halting until I
force-quit the application.
Running sudo time-admin in a terminal
