Hello, I think I found solution. In my case problem was in Chrome
extension called Speed Dial. When I turned off this extension,
problem disappeared. Instead of this extension now I use SpeedDial2.

You're a star. Adding that option line to alsa-base.conf did the trick and
it's working as it should be now.
