Use dconf-editor, go to org/gnome/empathy/conversation and replace the de in

proposed, but the only candidate for nvidia-prime available is still
version 0.6.2. Version 0.6.6 only appears in the repos for oneric.
So Alberto's nvidia-prime package also needs acceptance into trusty-
s/oneric/utopic/, I'm living in the past.

I can reproduce this reliably on my thinkpad t420. I just close the lid and

Alright, thank you. I just used alsamixer in Terminal, switched to
All View and saw that Auto-Mut was Enabled. I switched Auto-Mut to
Disabled. Sorry for the false alarm. Please close this bug, since it is
not a bug if Auto-Mut is supposed to be Enabled by default.
