This disappearance also happens to delete confirmation windows. So I
wrote a little bash script and made it autostart to always immediately
remove "skip_taskbar" from these kinds of windows which makes them
behave. Attached.

issue appeared with auto login only. Now I defined a auto-login-delay of 1
second and it works fine.
To define the delay open the file "/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf" and edit the line
"autologin-user-timeout=1".
