apt install libavcodec-extra asks for cdrom

Might be a duplicate of bug 1868440 aka
https://github.com/gTile/gTile/issues/124 - the bug goes away after
disabling gtile, however, gnome-shell automatic disablement of
extensions did not happen until after I logged out and back in again
(which also crashed).
Downgrading importance.

Chromium version: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) snap (64-bit)
Steps to reproduce
1. Launch Chromium and open Youtube.
I fixed it by commenting out the first line of /etc/apt/sources.list*:
#deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 20.04 LTS _Focal Fossa_ - Beta amd64 (20200402)]/
focal main restricted
This fixes the apt bug and Netflix now also works in Firefox!
