Sorry! It's the touchpad. Scrolling using touchscreen also seem to cause
these things. Sometimes, it comes out of the hang on it's own. It goes to a
solid screen for a second and everything's fine again. Other times, I log
off and log on to make the cursor work.

I am trying to make my laptop lock the screen upon unsuspending. I have
made sure that the setting is enabled in 'Settings > Privacy > Screen
lock > Lock screen on suspend', but my laptop opens without a lock
screen when I open it or press a key. This only started since

drivers gave more trouble than ever. I reported it too and the
suggestion they gave me was to remove them and use the free drivers,

Trying to reproduce the issue, here are my findings:
I have two focal systems on the same network: a host and a vm. The host
has a test.odt file and the vm has the host's ip added to nautilus and
can see the host's files (including test.odt). I double click on the

Hey,
I upgraded to ubuntu 20 and a red little minus sign popped up on my top right
corner about unmet package dependencies. I have tried all the commands like
"sudo dpkg --configure -a" "sudo apt install -f" but nothing seems to solve my
problem.
This is a big problem

To add to this, the zoom factor is doubled (halved?). That is, when the
zoom is set to 100% it's actually displaying the image at 200%
resolution. To see the image at it's correct size the zoom must be set
to 50%.

eog (a GNOME image viewer) doesn't support HiDPI

Till yesterday, it was working fine. But today after reboot, night light
failed to start. I tried turning Night Light off/on but nothing seemed
to work.
Unfortunately, I don't know what the previous version of mutter was
installed.

I see screen freeze, then timing out and then blank default color and

I am seeing this exact behavior as well.
In my case, hitting Super-L will blank the screen for a half second, and
when it comes back, all of my hidden windows (windows behind other
windows) have been brought forward.
I need to repeat this process and hit Super-L a total of four times
before I
apport information
