If gnome-shell is launched directly instead of launched through gnome-
session, the process spawning `ibus-daemon` might cause deadlock and
unable to start the graphics.
Since `ibusManager.js` checks whether service
`org.freedesktop.IBus.session.GNOME.service` exists. In our

1) Enable -proposed pocket, and upgrade mesa
2) Run `stress-ng --stack 0 --mmap 0 --aggressive --timeout 300`
3) See if GNOME is frozen

I'd "fixed" this bug long term by switching to the deb provided by
Mozilla however ubuntu 22.04 recently decided to replace my deb install
with the snap for no obvious reason so I just wanted to add that touch
scrolling is still broken on the current snap.
