Get this error in file manager (Nautilis) too if audio cd in tray.
Music players can still access the cd through their own file browser.
Pretty annoying bug though as it generates errors on every start up and

However 1 of them (its contents were a single file) was saved in the

laptop display, the external display continues to work (expected

Hi, I was having issues very similar to this one, I am keen but not
especially competent with Linux. Most of the things discussed here are
beyond my level.

When I adjust the Balance or Fade slider in Sound Settings, any music
that is currently playing becomes corrupted with beeps and clicks until
I stop and restart the music. A screencast is attached.

lightdm-gtk-greeter appears to set the language properly since the
introduction of accountsservice 0.6.15-2ubuntu9.4 (LP: #1018621). It
however does not restore the previously selected language when the user
logs in, giving them the system default, but that is a different issue.

Regarding comment #8. Can now confirm that usb_modeswitch is not
working with Kubuntu 12.04. Changing the config file to
'DisableSwitching=1' provides a fix.
Have enabled debugging (EnableLogging=1) and collected debugging
information with 'DisableSwitching=0'. File is attached.

Maarten, you have to understand that your reputation with the project is
not very good right now. You didn't do anything to improve it by sending
huge patches during code freeze and submitting a git-pull request when
you know that isn't how Wine code submission works. No one is interested
in review
The noise was probably added deliberately to give the wallpaper texture
and alleviate gradient banding.

12.10 Beta works (the bit rate is in the n-band range). When I rebooted
back into 12.04, I noticed that I'm getting ~120Mbps which, despite what
the network management applet says, would indicate that it is working.
One of the updates I applied today must have fixed the problem.
