How can you not install lo-menubar?
Also there never was internal unity integration on 12.04 in any
officially released package, there _only_ was lo-menubar.

The internal unity integration cant reliably work with pre-raring Ubuntu
(that it worked somewhat was just luck). For backports to pre-raring,
the conflicts with lo-menubar
Please note that LibreOffice 3.5 is EOL upstream and we are supporting it only
for security fixes and serious updates (see SRU rules for the reasoning). Also
note that presenter console has become part of core LibreOffice with 4.0, so
this (separate code) is essentially dead code.
As there:

the original bug description sounds like a duplicate of bug 745836,
which was solved long ago. Note both LibreOffice 3.3 and Ubuntu 11.04
are long EOL.
