I installed libwacom-dev but result did not change.
I upgraded to kernel 5.11.8-051108-lowlatency and now the stylus works

there, notice the spacing actually looks sane and there aren't huge
areas of wasted space like at 4K.
So it looks like they only really considered 1080p 100dpi and just
