Using an Apple Magic Touchpad from 13.04 upward is not possible because
of a kernel panic. The Touchpad also works in 12.10, but i prefer LTS.
In 13.04 the error is triggered randomly but quickly by dragging on the
touchpad with two fingers.

For me, this is still an issue. I am still running 12.04 and wait for this to
be fixed until i upgrade.
It is also kind of problematic to test this because i would have to sacrifice
my only running machine which i regulary use to work. If i upgrade to the
latest ubuntu and the crash is still

For me, this bug started after upgrading to '13.04', did not happen in
'12.10'. It is defenitly the same bug, i checked the backtrace. I

It is not true that it does only affect USB-Mouses. I have three
pointing devices: a bluetooth trackpad (Magic Tackpad), a bluetooth
mouse (Magic Mouse) and a USB gaming mouse. When typing, both mouses
(bluetooth and USB) freeze for a second, but the Trackpad stays usable.
