It could be the same bug but it looks different in my particular case, though.
In my case image never shows up and desktop always stays black.
Also when I try to minimize windows the last one stuck on the

rectangle are shown insted.
Desktop image is displayer under launcher panel, though.
Dash does not open when mouse cursor are over that black rectangle and I press
Super key. It does open if I move

Icons must be language-independent. It's just common sense and A letter
on these icons have no meaning at all.

How did you manage to make JPEG compression artifacts and color banding so
clearly visible?
