I think the IMEI firmware is a fluke, plus that is not really a solution
for everyone as it is just a windows driver, and not everyone is dual
booting. It's "Intel Management Engine Interface" only reference I can
find to "IMEI" that makes sense.

I created a second account (administrative) and gave it a distinct
desktop background. Both accounts were set autologin=NO.
On rebooting from a complete power off (at the wall), I of course got
the login screen, BUT if I dropped down to the second account, its

I'm having the same problem except it will hang and will not
successfully reboot or shutdown. It hangs and says there is a stop job
running and it cycles through my nfs mounts continuously. If I umount
from my nfs server before rebooting/shutdown it will work fine.

2. Launch Workspace Switcher.
3. Move one application down.

I've got this same problem too. After doing a fresh boot and logging in,
the wireless will not connect but it is listed in the plasma-nm
connection list. I've found that if I delete it and re-add the
connection it will automatically reconnect after suspend/hibernate until
the next reboot or login.
Any chance a fix for this is being proposed for inclusion into Trusty?

I had the problem when I wanted to install the new 340.58 driver by
adding the PPA xorg-edgers and install it with the sofware updates
interface from ubuntu.
After installing the driver again with this interface, the bug
disappeares.
Using GT 630M and Ubuntu 14.10.

The fact that I was requested to signup for an account on cups
bugtracker, and then asked to submit directly to them kind of irks me.
Shouldn't a team member from the ubuntu cups team be handling these kind
of requests?

Attempted to cancel all print jobs on the system using cancel -a.
Expected: all print jobs are removed.
What happened:
No print jobs were removed from the system.
Workaround:
I was only able to get the print jobs removed by specifying cancel -a
destination
