I don't see any reference in the logs.
@blitmaps, most of the developers use intel or free drivers all the
time, so testing in other scenarios is not always possible.
Also this bug has at least three different behaviors depending on GPU

Well, I was thinking about that, but it also causes slowdown in games
and D-R videos, so while resizing the UI might be not optimal it also
allows better performances in such scenarios.

It's not clear what version of the dock are you using with gnome 3.36.2
However, Lukasz, as per the fact the reporter marked this as fixed
initially with the SRU'ed version, I don't see a reason to stop the
update, given that it also includes other fixes.
